Join Our Musical Library

Become part of a developing community of musicians who enjoy journaling quietly together online. We say that we meet in our musical library.

In our musical library, a consistent weekly process is facilitated. Inspirational writing prompts are offered. Our writing time is done in a private and supportive way. Attendees will never be put on the spot to share.

We review the past week’s musical efforts and plan for the next leg of the journey using the tools of the Compass and the Magnifying Glass. Both documents are downloadable on my website.

Followed by this weekly process is quiet group journaling. This safe container is set up so that members can feel the support and presence of other musicians and writers doing the work.

Our purpose is to hold a respectful space for each other, enjoying the beautiful silence and receiving the energy of the group journaling live together.

Why do we journal in silence?

By keeping our writing focused on our own inner process, we free ourselves to go a little deeper in our journaling, knowing that this writing is not for anyone else to read.

We do not ask anyone to share. Your private experience is what we aim to honor and deliver.

After the meeting has concluded, we will open it up for a few minutes to talk. Input from members is appreciated. This second part of the call will evolve into music-making, which will be facilitated.

No musical or journaling experience is necessary.
