Ami Sarasvati

Ami Sarasvati is a teacher, musician, author, and group music facilitator. Her additional training with Music for People and as Certified Music Practitioner (CMP), has influenced and inspired the creation of Musician’s Heart Journey and the Musician’s Practice Journal. She has witnessed the healing power of music to both the player and the listener.

As a parallel passion, Ami has journaled all her life. She graduated in 1987 from Boston University with a BS in Journalism. Along with music, she has experienced the simple yet powerful inner transformation that happens with improvisational music-making and longhand journaling.
